Wanda Sykes

Well this weekend was the celebratory circle jerk that is the White House Correspondent Dinner. A bunch of assholes get dressed up and ate a bunch of crappy food. Of course who am I to complain. If I was invited and there was an open bar I would be so there.

Well of course the conservatives/republicans are mad because black/woman/gay (I am only using these labels to quantify a later point) comedian Wanda Sykes made a couple off color comments about that fat fucking pill popping propaganda spewing Bastian of integrity Rush Limbaugh. Basically it was something to the effect that she compared him to the terrorist who flew planes into buildings and said she hopes he gets kidney failure. You know what I fucking laughed when I heard it. But that is not the point.

First of all it is insulting when I hear conservatives like Sean Hannity say that Wanda Sykes attacked Rush. What do you think his three hour radio show is made up of? unfair attacks on everyone. And you know what? Being that Wanda Sykes is a black/gay/woman, three various sub groups that Rush has made millions of dollars off of talking shit about on his radio show over the years I am willing to give her a pass. People who take him seriously are stupid.

My second point is that most of the people I see on the television saying that they don't find Wanda Sykes funny I think have no credibility when it comes to judging a comedian's jokes. I don't say this as a comedian but as someone who has occasionally laughed in his life. Really let me just show you two people who I have seen on television on Foxnews bitching about how they never found Wanda Sykes funny.



Wow. Shocker this old white guy who writes for the Wall Street Journal never found Wanda Sykes funny. Though from what I hear he loved Scary Movie Part 3 but only because one of those black Wayans brothers weren't in it.



And this is Jonah Goldberg. He said he did not find Wanda funny at all. And this is coming from the guy who wrote the book Liberal Fascism: The Secret History of the American Left, From Mussolini to the Politics of Meaning . Oh wait a second that book was serious. I thought comparing the liberal movement to fascist movements like Mussolini and Hitler was a joke. Not surprising both of their names are John because they are full of shit.

But the whitest guys ever are going around saying they never found Wanda funny. Not surprising. But what I find really lame is that people like these two and other conservative commentators are complaining and calling Wanda Sykes a coward for not joking about how Obama does not agree with gay marriage. Hey conservative people who got mad at Wanda Sykes leave the jokes to a professional comedian and you keep continuing to push bullshit to these half wits that make up your audience.

And I am sorry for how mean this post is. The Caps just took the Penns to a seventh game. I'm not mad about it but not exactly happy about it.

Actually i am not sorry. These people are horrible.
